uPVC Clamp Saddle, also know as uPVC Pipe Saddle Clamp, is used for joining an outlet into an existing uPVC pipeline. The fittings “tap into” the pipe, without requiring a cut and join in the main pipe.
uPVC pipe saddle clamp, mainly used for water pipes, come in two parts, with four bolts joining them around the pipeline (same diameter with two bolts). The uPVC clamp saddle fittings are the ultimate solution for connection of uPVC main pipelines to branch pipelines for cold water. Made from high quality uPVC material, come with an EPDM rubber seal, the uPVC pipe clamp saddle fittings have a durable and leak free join, and they are resistant to etching by numerous chemical substances, and to UV rays, and are suitable for outdoor use.
The uPVC clamp Saddle is regularly provided in grey color, but the other colors are also available as per customers’ request.
SUNPLAST uPVC pipe saddle clamp fittings can be provided in a size from 63*1"mm to 400*200mm, with a normal working pressure of PN10 bars & PN16 bars, and are manufactured and tested in accordance with the domestic standard GB/T10002.2-2003, at the same time, they can also comply to international standards of ISO 4422-3:1996; ISO 1542-3:2009.
