HDPE 22.5 degree elbows is used to join two lengths of HDPE pipe on an angle of 22.5 degrees.

SUNPLAST HDPE 22.5 degree elbow fittings can be supplied in diameters ranging from 110mm to 800mm in SDR11 & SDR17. The Fittings in SDR 11 are rated to PN16 for water , while SDR 17 fittings are rated to PN10 for water.

SUNPLAST HDPE 22.5 degree elbows are injection molded type, fabricated by 100% PE100 material, can fully conform to ISO4427-3,EN12201-3, AS/NZS 4129, EN1555, EN ISO15494 standard.

* How many types of HDPE elbows can SUNPLAST provide?

A: SUNPLAST can provide three types of elbows, which are: HDPE 90 degree elbow, HDPE 45 degree elbow & HDPE 22.5 degree elbow. All HDPE elbow fittings are injection molded type, and be made by virgin PE100 material.

* What’s the difference between HDPE butt welding fittings & HDPE butt fusion fittings?

A: They are referring to the same things

* Are SUNPLAST HDPE butt fusion fittings available to weld with HDPE electrofusion coupler?

A: Our HDPE butt fusion fittings are designed for butt fusion only, and don’t have enough length for electrofusion.

SUNPLAST can also provide long-spigot fittings, which is suitable for welding with HDPE electrofusion coupler. If customers need it, please contact us freely.

* What’s the raw material does SUNPLAST use for the HDPE fittings?

A: To assure the best quality of the fittings, SUNPLAST generally adopts the most qualified PE100 materials from the worldwide, and those material are approved by PE100+ association,such as YGH041T from Sinopec, P6006 from Sabic & HE3490-LS from Borealis...etc.

* What’s the warranty can SUNPLAST provide?

A: All our HDPE fittings are made of virgin PE100 material, and are designed for 50 years lifetime. SUNPLAST will provide a warranty time in quality of 10 years for regular use.

* Can SUNPLAST accept OEM service?

A: Yes, it is acceptable to us. We can also provide poly fittings with customer’s trademark embossed.
