Sunplast uPVC rubber gasket fittings are manufactured in accordance with ISO 4422-3:1996.
U-PVC fittings with rubber ring joint for transporting water in high-quality plastic material.
These special fittings are equipped with a gasket in atoxic NBR, the G/RRJ, utilized rubber seal to create watertight joint, suitable to use for water supply reticulation systems.

About uPVC Spigot Flange Adaptor
Different to uPVC gasketed flange adaptor that have one bell end with rubber ring, uPVC Spigot flange adaptor has a spigot end with a chamfer of approximately 12~15 degree, and the other one is flange end. uPVC spigot flange allow to connect to the uPVC pipes that has a “gasketed” end, at the same time, it can make a mechanical joint intended to connect uPVC pipe to any flanged piping components (such as valves, pumps..etc).

Installation procedure For uPVC pipe fittings with rubber ring joint
uPVC rubber ring seal fittings provide a quick & easy installation way for connection the uPVC pipe. Due to easy installation, they are adopted by more & more customers.
Before connection, the installer shall check that the spigot end, if cut in the field, has a chamfer of approximately 12° to 15°. This is essential for installation.
