uPVC Vanstone Flange are a “separating” flange, which including two parts: uPVC Flange Adaptor & uPVC backing rings. The uPVC flange adaptor has a slip socket ends for solvent weld, the other end is stub end, which allow to connect with the other flanged accessories, by using uPVC backing rings.
The uPVC Vanstone Flange with solvent weld is made of high quality uPVC material, which is regularly UV- stability, and suitable for both indoor & outdoor use. The uPVC flange fittings are suitable for cold water supply, with max. Working temperature 60℃.
The uPVC Vanstone Flange flange fittings is regularly provided in grey color, but the other colors are also available as per customers’ request.
SUNPLAST uPVC solvent Vanstone Flange fittings can be provided in a size from 50mm to 500mm, with a normal working pressure of PN10 bars & PN16 bars, and are manufactured and tested in accordance with the domestic standard GB/T10002.2-2003, at the same time, they can also comply to international standards of ISO 4422-3:1996; ISO 1542-3:2009.
