uPVC ball valves are widely used plastic shut off valves. The valve contains a rotary ball with a bore at the center. By rotating the ball a quarter-turn, the bore can be aligned inline or perpendicular to the piping to open or block the media's flow. PVC ball valves are durable, cost-effective, and used for a wide variety of media, including water, air, corrosive chemicals, acids, and bases. Compared to brass or stainless-steel ball valves, they have lower temperature and pressure resistance and lower mechanical strength.
SUNPLAST can provide uPVC ball valves in two models, one is uPVC solvent ball valve, the other one is uPVC true union ball valve. uPVC solvent ball valve has two slip socket ends, which allow to connect the pipes by solvent weld.
The uPVC ball valve with solvent weld is made of high quality uPVC material, which is regularly UV- stability, and suitable for both indoor & outdoor use. The uPVC ball valve fittings are suitable for cold water supply, with max. Working temperature 60℃.
The uPVC socket ball valve fittings is regularly provided in grey color, but the other colors are also available as per customers’ request.
SUNPLAST uPVC solvent valve fittings can be provided in a size from 20mm to 110mm, with a normal working pressure of PN10 bars & PN16 bars, and are manufactured and tested in accordance with the domestic standard GB/T10002.2-2003, at the same time, they can also comply to international standards of ISO 4422-3:1996; ISO 1542-3:2009.

Applicants of uPVC Pipe Fittings
