2. Formulate a unified national pipeline design specification and construction acceptance specification as soon as possible. As of 2012, there is no national unified pipeline design specification and construction acceptance specification for HDPE pipes.

3. Strengthen the quality training of pipeline designers and construction and installation personnel, because HDPE pipes have higher requirements for installation technology, so as to avoid design problems and rework due to poor sense of responsibility of the design and construction personnel.
