uPVC Pipe Fittings are an extremely versatile products that has uses ranging from drinking water to highly corrosive chemical applications. The product contains UV stabilising additives and thermal properties which ensure that it is suitable for both interior and exterior environments. Its smooth texture also ensures that there is limited build up of materials or scale from the liquids during operations.
SUNPLAST uPVC solvent weld fittings are exclusively available in full range of nominal metric diameters from 20mm to 400mm, with a normal working pressure of PN10 bars & PN16 bars, and are manufactured and tested in accordance with the domestic standard GB/T10002.2-2003, at the same time, they can also comply to international standards of ISO 4422-3:1996; ISO 1542-3:2009.
About uPVC Coupler / Coupling
uPVC couplers / Couplings are one of the most simple (and inexpensive) types of uPVC pipe fittings, which are used for the connection pipe to pipe in the same outer diameter.
SUNPLAST uPVC Coupler / Coupling can be supplied in a full sizes from dn20mm to 400mm, with a normal working pressure of PN10 bars for water (uPVC Pipe Coupling with small diameter dn20mm~dn110mm can also be supplied in PN16 bars for water). The fittings have socket ends, and allow to connect two uPVC pipes by solvent weld.
